Yes.

Can you change the Wyoming registered agent on the amendment?

No. To change your registered agent, you must file the Statement of Change by Business Entity and Consent to Appointment by Registered Agent forms.

Can you change the principal office address and/or the mailing address on a corporation amendment?

No. You need to file an Update Form to change your principal business address with the Wyoming Secretary of State. There is no fee required for this filing.
