You can stay a sole proprietor indefinitely. The question is whether you’re comfortable with your personal assets and home address being legally tied to your business. If you’re invoicing clients, selling products, or signing contracts, an LLC could keep you from losing everything if something goes sideways.
It means we list our address on your public state filings instead of yours by default. Most filing services charge extra for that or skip it altogether.

Same-day in many states. Some states have their own processing times we can’t speed up, but we’re usually able to submit your filing the day you order.
Registered agent service is $125/year after your free first year. You can cancel anytime. We send reminders well before any deadline.
