A registered agent resigns by sending to the Oregon Corporation Division a signed written statement resigning as agent and gives notice to the business, by mailing a copy of the written statement to the business.

Notify promptly after resignation. Oregon will also notify the businesses that they have 30 days to file a new registered agent or face administrative dissolution.
