Foreign entities qualifying to do business in Oklahoma must pay the Oklahoma department of revenue $100.00 to act as their Oklahoma registered agent. Most companies still use a private corporation service company to act as their registered agent in Oklahoma, because all the OK dept of Revenue will do if they get served for you is send it to you in a letter. By having a private Oklahoma registered agent, any process server will take it to our Oklahoma City office and then we'll email you a scan of it, real time, and actually make sure you receive your service.

To Incorporate a domestic corporation in Oklahoma it costs $50.00.

Domestic Oklahoma LLC's cost $100.00.

Foreign entities cost $400.00 to file after you count the dept. of revenue registered agent fee.

You can fax file or file online. Signatures do not need to be original signatures unless you have a professional corporation. Your certificate of good standing can be 60 days old, if qualifying an out of state entity. If you're coming from Texas, this is not a certificate from your comptroller on your franchise tax. Texas calls it a certificate of Status or existence from your Secretary of State.

Annual reports are due on the anniversary of your filing. Domestic corporations do not have an annual report. Foreign corps cost $15.00. LLC's cost $25.00.
