Special meeting minutes template for LLC

From time to time a member may disagree with another member or manager. Any member has the right to call a special member meeting at any time. Special member meetings must have meeting minutes. Most states do not regulate how much notice must be given to the other members to hold a special member meeting. A lot of “special meetings” happen between LLC members every day. Most of them verbal, but if it’s a serious deal, you should provide the other members and managers a notice of special meeting and force a real decision through a member meeting.
