Cons
There is nothing really positive to say about doing business in New York. Try to hide as long as possible and stay as non-legit as you can. NY is the second worst state to do business in. It is corrupt, its rules and regulations are interpreted differently by every government worker, the government employees are rude, and you will just be frustrated to no end doing business in New York. Your only hope is if you’re doing business in a rural community in up-state New York.
