All filings need to be original inked signatures. Filings will take about 1 week to get processed.

Your Ohio Statutory agent needs to sign your filing if you're making a domestic Ohio corporation or LLC.

Your Ohio Statutory agent does not need to sign if it's a foreign LLC or corporation.

You will always have to sign the filings and have it be original signatures.

A foreign corporation needs the officers' signature notarized. LLC's do not.

If you are qualifying an out of state entity, you will need a certificate of good standing that's less than 90 days old.

There are no annual reports in Ohio, unless you have a professional corporation.
