Pros

New Hampshire has no sales tax.  Need we say more?

Cons

NH requires original signatures and the SOS takes forever to process filings.  We hope the NH SOS decides to move into the 20th century of development at some point.  It’s almost like you need to hire the Pony Express and communicate with the NH SOS via telegraph.
