Pros
Missouri is a cheap and reasonable place to do business. There are tons of people in Missouri to offer your services to. The Missouri SOS is quick at making filings for your new business also.
Cons
Missouri has a lot of agencies like the workforce development office that mails a lot of books of tax returns and informational requests to people. Most small businesses will end up spending hours filling out these forms with 50 zeros on them, just annoying and intimidating them.
Missouri requires an initial report after making an initial filing, regurgitating the same info you just gave them. Government bureaucracy, red tape, and redundancy at its finest.
