It costs $35 to change the Minnesota registered agent for your LLC or domestic corporation.
It costs $50 to change the Minnesota registered agent for a foreign corporation.

It takes the SOS about 5-7 business days to process documents. Filed documents are then mailed back to the customer after they have been filed. You should receive the document within 7 to 10 business days after filing.
