Welcome to the Least Annoying Privacy Policy Ever Written:

  • We practice Privacy by Default. We never sell personal information or data to marketing firms, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or profiling.
  • If you hire us for any service, we will try to list our address wherever possible so you don’t have to list your address on public documents. We collect only the minimum amount of information about you necessary to provide excellent service.
  • This Privacy Policy covers all of your interactions with us including but not limited to: website use, telephone calls, and email exchanges. It is part of our Terms of Service. By using our Services, you accept these terms.
  • We do collect identifiers (name, contact details, payment information, SSN or EIN, IP address), business information, and limited usage data, primarily directly from you, and only what we need to form and maintain your entity and perform the Services you hire us to provide.   • We use that information to provide and maintain our Services, process payments and communications, meet legal obligations, detect fraud, and improve your experience. We limit Personal Information to what is necessary to perform the services you hired us for.
  • You can sign into your account with a third-party provider; we receive only a unique ID, name, and verified email, use it solely to create/match your account and secure sign-in. We do not access your provider account, and delete the connection data if you disconnect or close your account.
  • We minimize disclosures. Service providers who help us must keep your information confidential and may not use it to market to you independently. In no event will we sell your personal information as part of a customer list. We do retain information, but only for as long as allowed or required by law.
  • Certain information may become public record when documents are filed with the government. Our Privacy Policy does not cover those third-party actions.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
  • We try extremely hard to provide all our services internally so we can avoid sharing your information with third parties. We will not provide discriminatory treatment to you. We know you are trusting us with your data, and we honor that trust with transparency and confidentiality. Therefore, You have a right to request:
    • copies of your personal data.
    • that any information you believe is incomplete or inaccurate to be corrected.
    • deletion, exemptions may apply.
    • stopping or limit the use of personal information and sensitive personal information.
    • receive data in structured or portable format.
    • Appeal our denial of a request. If we reject your appeal, you may contact the Attorney General.
