Northwest Registered Agent is looking for an IT Admin for our corporate headquarters in Downtown Spokane WA.
Your job is to make our office run. From Outlook to Adobe PDFs to active directory to backups to the OCR server to email configurations, attacking spam, keeping our phone system up, and just making our office run smoothly and efficiently.
Here are some the systems we use and skill sets we’re looking for:
Windows Stuff:
- Windows Server 2008
- Active Directory
- File Shares
- IIS Web Server
- MSSql Server
- Quickbooks Files
- Adobe Acrobat support
- Office Support
- SmarterMail
- Backup & Restores. Disaster Recovery
Linux Stuff:
- FreePBX Phone System & voip phones
- PFSense Firewall
- Smoothwall Firewall
- Ubuntu Server
- MySQL Server
- Apache Web Server
- Backup & Restores. Disaster Recovery
Computer Hardware:
- Ability to troubleshoot failed hardware
- Build computer systems from scratch after acquiring all the parts
Other Stuff:
- VMWare ESXi
- VEEAM Backups
- Windows Scripting
- System Monitoring
- Watchguard Firewall
- Network Cabling
- DVR Systems
- Ability to block spam
