How To Order An Apostille Certificate From Oregon’s Secretary Of State
An original or certified copy is required. You can order a certified copy of your articles and request an Apostille at the same time. We recommend faxing the order, only if you are requesting the certified copy at the same time. Normal processing takes up to 3 days, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $10. Expedited service is not available, however, in person orders are processed while you wait. Always provide the name of the country needing an Oregon Apostille or Certificate of Authentication.

By Mail
You will want to provide the Request for Apostille/Authentication Order Form including the name of the country, payment, address the documents should be mailed to after processing, and a daytime phone number for possible questions. You must enclose an original or certified copy of the document, or a request for a certified copy of the document.
By Fax
You may fax your order only if requesting the certified copy at the same time. You will want to provide the Order Form including the name of the country, business name, specific request and a daytime phone number for any questions. You can request they fax the certificate back to you.
In Person
Requested documents can usually be provided while you wait at no additional charge. You must provide a certified copy or original document. You will want to have your payment handy.
Do you need to order a certified copy at the same time or does the fee include a certified copy?
An Oregon certified copy can be ordered at the same time. This fee does not include a certified copy ($15).
