A Certificate of Good Standing is called a Certificate of Existence in Georgia, but they are the same thing. You can order one online, by mail, or in person.  Online orders are immediate and cost $15. All other filings cost $20, and take 2-3 business days, plus additional time for mailing.

Yes. An expedited service fee of $50 is required, in addition to the regular fee. A separate check is requested for expedite fees.
