How To Resign As A Registered Agent In Vermont

To resign as a registered agent in Vermont, you must submit the original and two copies of a Statement of Resignation of Registered Agent online, via mail or in-person to the Vermont Secretary of State, Corporations Division. The Secretary of State will mail one copy of the Vermont agent’s resignation to the company’s registered office with a filing receipt and the other copy to the company’s principal office.

The Steps To Resign As A Vermont Registered Agent:

  1.
