To resign as a registered agent in Nevada, you must submit a Statement of Resignation of Registered Agent to the Nevada Secretary of State, Commercial Recordings Division by mail, fax or in-person and include the appropriate processing fee depending on how many entities you are resigning from as agent: $100 for the first entity, $1 per entity for additional entities. Make sure to attach the customer order form or the one-hour or two-hour expedite customer order form and, optionally, the epayment checklist if paying by credit card.
Then, promptly provide written notice of your resignation to the company from which you are resigning.
