By your use of our Business Identity and or similar Services, You understand, acknowledge and agree that you will not be able to transfer any domain name registered through our affiliated domain name registrar to another domain name registrar during the first 60 calendar days from its initial registration date. In the event you attempt transfer your free domain name to another registrar, after the initial 60 days, we reserve the right, in Our sole and exclusive authority, to charge a Transfer Fee in the amount of the standard one-year registration/renewal cost at the time of such request.

You understand and agree any domain name registered through our affiliated domain name registrar DomainRegistry.com LLC is subject to its Terms.

Free Domain Offer

The Free Domain Offer applies to one domain name registration with a registration price of up to $25 USD per year.

The Free Domain Offer applies only to the initial registration and renewal fees for the qualifying domain name while the domain remains eligible under the applicable service plan.

Premium domains, aftermarket domains, brokered domains, and any other domain names priced above the standard registration fee are not included in the Free Domain Offer.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for the Free Domain Offer and to modify the list of qualifying domain extensions from time to time.
