Can you change the Idaho registered agent on the amendment?

No. You can’t change your registered agent in Idaho. You will need to provide the completed Statement of Change of Registered Agent form, to the Secretary of State by mail, fax or in person.  There is no fee required.  The Registered Agent MUST SIGN the Statement of Change of Registered Agent form, but it does not need to be an original signature.
