Who is Northwest Registered Agent?
Northwest Registered Agent is a business identity service that gives entrepreneurs one place to build, run, and protect their business. Everything from LLC formations, to domain registrations, to custom websites, to trademark monitoring is built in-house and handled under one roof.
We’re an independently owned company in the Pacific Northwest with 1,500 employees, over 5 million customers, and 500+ affiliate partners. Click the “Join Here” button above and tell us a bit about yourself, your audience, and where you plan to promote us. We’ll review your application and get back to you with next steps.
2. Approval & Onboarding
Once approved, we’ll help you get set up in AWIN (our affiliate network), where your tracking links and payments live. You can reach out to us anytime for guidance or questions.
3. Create & Publish
Create reviews, make videos, or share posts using your affiliate links with our approved Content Templates. Publish on your site or channels and drive traffic to your links.
4. Stay in Touch
We keep the partnership going with product updates, quarterly notes, and ongoing support. Whether you need help refining your pitch or want to brainstorm new angles, we’re here.
How Do I Get Paid?
Once our partnership is official, we’ll get you set up in AWIN. That’s where your tracking links live, referrals show up, and commissions are paid out according to our bimonthly pay out schedule.
Standalone payouts include:
- $150 for business formation
- $100 for standalone registered agent service
- $50 for standalone Virtual Office
- $50 for standalone EIN (without SSN)
- $25 for standalone EIN (with SSN)
- $25 for standalone domain

We know our affiliates like to put things in their own voice, so we’ve created a full page of content you can use and adapt. Just be sure to stay close to our core message: we’re a full-suite, top-to-bottom business identity service that can help you start and grow your business and brand.

The Northwest Logo
We take pride in our logo and want it to always look its best. Follow these guidelines when using it to keep our brand consistent and make sure your presentation stays polished and professional.
- Do not alter the logo: Never stretch, skew, rotate, or flip it. Don’t change proportions, shapes, or colors.
- Do not add to the logo: Avoid placing text or other graphics inside or on top of the logo.
- Avoid effects and busy backgrounds: Don’t use shadows, gradients, or embossing, and don’t place the logo on visually distracting surfaces.
- Respect its context: Don’t use the logo too close to other elements, or in a way that implies endorsement of unrelated products, services, or organizations.
- Maintain clear space: Keep the logo free from other design elements. Use the “n” in the logo as a guide for minimum spacing (see image below).
Color Hierarchy
Our brand colors keep Northwest instantly recognizable and consistent. Use the primary colors for main elements and the secondary colors for accents, backgrounds, or supporting visuals. Always check the official palette to make sure your designs match our brand.
Trademark/Trademark + bidding is not allowed. We do not allow pay per click advertising of our Northwest site, brand names, domain names, misspellings, or any variations of these. If you want to use pay per click advertising, it needs to be on generic keywords. You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms (e.g. Northwest Registered Agent) or any other of our trademarked terms + terms such as coupon, discount, promo code, etc.
To be clear:
- You are not allowed to use our Northwest site, brand names, domain names, misspellings, or any variations of these in PPC ad text.
- You are not allowed to create paid ad links that land directly on our website or landing pages.
We monitor for this activity, and will terminate your participation in our Affiliate Program if discovered. Therefore, we strongly suggest adding our trademarked terms as negative keywords.

Approval usually takes 1–2 business days after you submit your application. Once approved, we’ll help you set up your AWIN account and get started.
Not necessarily. You can promote Northwest on blogs, social media, email newsletters, or other platforms where you engage with your audience.
Commissions are based on referrals that result in paid services. AWIN tracks all clicks and conversions, and payments are processed according to our bimonthly payout schedule.
Yes, within our guidelines. You can use pre-approved copy, add your own voice, or create content in video or written form as long as it accurately represents Northwest and follows disclosure rules.
