How To Resign As A Registered Agent In Maine

To resign as a registered agent in Maine, you must submit the appropriate Registered Agent Statement of Resignation form depending on entity type and whether the agent is a commercial or noncommercial registered agent to the Maine Secretary of State along with payment for the appropriate fee depending on entity type: $35 for-profit corporations, $15 non-profit corporations.

The Steps To Resign As A Maine Registered Agent:

  1.
