The following items must be on the Alaska registered agent’s statement of resignation:
- Name of entity and entity number
- Latest physical and mailing address of the entity
- Names, addresses and titles of the most recent officials
- A statement that the agent resigns
- Registered agent’s signature along with the name of the corporation the signatory represents, if they represent a corporation. If the registered agent is a corporation, the resignation must be executed by the president or vice president.
