How To Resign As A Registered Agent In Illinois
To resign as a registered agent in Illinois, you must deliver a copy of your Notice of Resignation of Registered Agent to the company from which you are resigning. Then, within ten days, submit two copies of the Notice of Resignation of Registered Agent with $5 for processing to the Illinois Secretary of State by mail or in-person.
