You can file by mail or fax.
There is no option to change your Missouri registered agent at the same time if you file your annual report online. You would want to file both the report and an amendment online. Or you can always make the change by filing the paper annual report form.
You can send in your annual report by mail, or you can fax it into the state after your registered agent crosses out the old agent information and signs the new form. The downside to changing your Missouri registered agent when filing your annual report by mail or fax is this: the net cost is higher by $15.
