There is a $25 filing fee to change your corporation’s registered agent in Nebraska. For most documents, there is an additional $5 per page recording fee. So the total cost to file will be $30.
There is a $10 filing fee to change your LLC’s registered agent there is also the $5 per page recording fee which brings the cost to $15.
