Louisiana Annual Report Filing

We’re Just Not Annoying®

All businesses in Louisiana are required to submit an Annual Report to the Secretary of State each year. Annual Reports are updates to the corporate information listed with the state, such as the names and addresses of members/officers, business and mailing addresses, and registered agent information. Annual reports can be filed online or by mail.

If you hire Northwest Registered Agent, we will professionally prepare and submit your Annual Report well in advance of your compliance deadline. We guarantee that your Annual Report will be filed properly and on-time. Our service ensures that you remain compliant with this important state requirement.

How to File Your Louisiana Annual Report:

There are two options for filing your Louisiana Annual Report. They are:

  1. File the paper report form that you print out after searching your business name at the Secretary of State website. See below. If your report is due you will have a link for printing it out. You can mail it or fax it in with the filing fee.
  2. The most preferred option is to file your report online at the link below. Click on ‘File Annual Report’ and enter your Charter Number and Renewal ID. These are on your reminder postcard. Call the division for your number and ID if you lose the card. Just fill it in and submit.

Louisiana Charities:
Charities must register and renew each year with the LA Department of Justice, Public Protection Division. A link to the forms may be found below. The form need to be mailed in with the renewal fee. LA Charities are required to also be registered as a nonprofit organization with the Louisiana Secretary of State.

We will prepare and file your Annual Report for only $100 plus state fees. You never have to worry about missing compliance deadlines, getting hit with penalties and late fees, or losing your good standing. Simply hit Order Now and we will take care of the rest.
