Once on the Colorado Secretary of State’s homepage, click on “Business Renewal/File a Periodic Report.” You can then search for your business by name or ID number. Once you find your business you click on “Confirm” to access the periodic report and update any information. Colorado charities have a separate registration and renewal requirement with the Secretary of State, Charities Division.
