Colorado Mail Forwarding service offers you a professional, physical address that you can use as your permanent business address, allowing you to receive mail at our Colorado location. We also accept Amazon Verification Cards. Unlike many other mail forwarding services in Colorado, we don’t just provide a private mailbox number (PMB). Since we own the building housing our mail forwarding center, you’ll be assigned a unique suite number. This address and suite number can be used on your website, company letterhead, and invoices.

If you don’t require a unique suite number or only anticipate receiving occasional mail, we also offer a free limited mail forwarding option when you hire us as your Colorado registered agent.

But sometimes clients, partners or others will reach out to the address listed on your public docs instead of through your website or the address on your business cards. We’re happy to forward up to 5 pieces of business mail each year. However, our mail forwarding service only covers standard flat mail, we are currently unable to forward any packages delivered to our offices.

• Captures mail sent to you through our address

If you receive more than 5 pieces of mail at our business address, we’ll notify you when we get it, and you can opt to have it forwarded at a rate of $15 per item. If you expect a lot of mail, however, our Premium Mail Forwarding Service is the better option.

For $20 a month, you get a professional Colorado business address with a unique suite number and unlimited forwards. You can choose between same-day digital scans or physical forwarding of flat standard mail (as with our free service, we can’t forward packages):

When you choose physical mail forwarding, we will collect your mail as it comes in, repackage it, and forward it to your preferred physical address each week.
