What is Texas Mail Forwarding Service?

When you sign up for our premium Texas Mail Forwarding Service, your business mail will come straight to our Texas office. We will scan your mail into your secure online account or forward it to the address of your choice. Plus, you’ll receive a real, physical address that can be used on your company’s letterhead, website, and bills, so your personal information remains private. You’ll also get a unique suite number.

We also offer a limited mail forwarding option free with our Texas registered agent service. The free option does not come with a unique suite number.

Note: Our mail forwarding service is designed for standard flat mail.

Option 1: Free Limited Mail Forwarding

All Texas clients have the option of free limited mail forwarding service (10 mail scans per year) when you hire us to be your Texas registered agent or form your LLC or corporation. As your Texas registered agent, our main job is to accept and forward your state and legal mail—but we do much, much more. We also provide use of our business address on public documents to help you better maintain your privacy.

If we get mail for you at this address, we’re happy to forward up to 10 pieces of regular mail each year. We’ll notify you if we receive additional mail, and you can request to view it for a rate of $15.

If you expect a lot of mail, however, our Premium Mail Forwarding Service may be a better option for your business.

Option 2: Premium Texas Mail Forwarding Service

You get a professional Texas business address with a unique suite number and same-day digital scans. You can choose between these options:

• 15 scans ($49/year): Our full identity option. We’ll open your mail, scan each document into your account, and notify you the same day.

• 20 scans + office lease ($99/year): Our most popular option. Like our $49/year plan but with more scans and a real office lease for maximum value.

Our Texas staff will sort, scan, and upload your mail as a PDF into your online account. It’s a simple, hassle-free process, and you’ll receive a notification whenever a new piece of mail is available for viewing. You won’t need to file anything with the United States Postal Service (USPS) AND we’ll securely shred your junk mail for you!

Or, you can stick with the free Texas Mail Forwarding option and sign up later when you’re ready.
