But sometimes clients, partners or others will reach out to the address listed on your public docs instead of through your website or the address on your business cards. We’re happy to forward up to 5 pieces of business mail each year. After that, we’ll notify you if we receive any more, and you can opt to have it forwarded at a rate of $15 per item. Option 2: $20 Premium California Mail Forwarding Service
For $20 a month, you get a professional California business address with a unique suite number and unlimited forwards. You can choose between same-day digital scans or physical forwarding:
Same-Day Digital California Mail Forwarding
Our typical process—the one preferred by most of our California Mail Forwarding service clients—is to have our trained California staff open your mail, sort it, scan it, and upload PDF versions of the scanned documents to your online account. You’ll then receive a notification that a document has been uploaded, and you can simply access and view your mail online.
This is the same-day digital scanning option you can choose on the sign up form, and it’s as fast and convenient as receiving mail every day at a physical location.
Weekly Physical California Mail Forwarding
If you prefer that our staff doesn’t open your mail, or if you simply want to receive the physical copies, you can select physical mail forwarding on the sign up form instead.
