Our premium California Mail Forwarding service allows you to receive your mail at our California location. Unlike many mail forwarding services, this address isn’t merely a private mailbox number (PMB). you’ll get a unique suite number. You can use this address and suite number on your website, company letterhead, and your bills.

Don’t need a unique suite number? Expecting only occasional mail? We also provide a free limited mail forwarding option when you hire us to be your California registered agent.

How California Mail Forwarding Works

When you sign up for our California Mail Forwarding service, you get a secure online account and two options for how to receive your mail.

Option 1: Free Limited Mail Forwarding

Think of this as a free way to jump start your business identity in the Golden State. With our registered agent service, we provide use of our business address on public documents. As registered agents, we automatically accept and forward you your state and legal mail. But sometimes clients, partners or others will reach out to the address listed on your public docs instead of through your website or the address on your business cards. We’re happy to scan and upload up to ten pieces of standard flat business mail each year to your private online account.

If you receive more than ten pieces of mail at our business address, we’ll notify you when we get it. We’ll also notify you if we receive additional mail, and you can request to view it for a rate of $3. You can also opt to have it physically forwarded at our shipping and handling rates. If you expect a lot of mail, however, our Premium Mail Forwarding Service is the better option.

Option 2: Premium California Mail Forwarding Service

For clients who want a unique business address they can use on their company letterhead, websites and social media, business tax returns, and almost anywhere else, we also offer Premium California Mail Forwarding.

You can choose between these options:

• 15 scans ($49/year): Our full identity option. We’ll open your mail, scan each document into your account, and notify you the same day.

• 20 scans + office lease ($99/year): Our most popular option. Like our $49/year plan but with more scans and a real office lease for maximum value.
