Our premium New York Mail Forwarding service allows you to receive your mail at our New York location. This address isn’t merely a private mailbox number (PMB) like those provided by many mail forwarding services out there. Instead, each of our New York premium mail forwarding clients gets a unique suite number, which we can do because we own the building that houses our New York Mail Forwarding center. You can take advantage of our mail forwarding services in one of two ways. The first is a free option that comes with our registered agent service and is only available when you sign up for our New York registered agent service. It’s limited, doesn’t include a unique suite number, and isn’t intended for clients who want an address to use for their regular business mail.

The second, premium New York Mail Forwarding option is the package this page is mainly about and costs $20 per month.  It’s for clients who want to receive their regular business mail at a unique address at our location.

Here are more details on how the two options work:

Option 1: Free Limited Mail Forwarding

All of our New York registered agent clients can use our business address on public documents. As your registered agent, we automatically accept and forward you your state and legal mail—it’s our primary job. But sometimes, other important mail is sent to the address listed on your public documents, instead of the address on your business cards or website. When that happens, we’re happy to forward up to 5 pieces of business mail each year (flat standard mail only, we can’t forward packages).

After that, we’ll notify you if we receive any more, and you can choose to have it forwarded at a rate of $15 per item. But if you expect to get a lot of mail, our Premium Mail Forwarding Service might be the better choice.

Option 2: $20 Premium New York Mail Forwarding Service

For $20 a month, you get a professional New York business address with a unique suite number and unlimited mail forwarding. You can choose between same-day digital scans or physical forwarding.

Same-Day Digital New York Mail Forwarding

Our same-day process has our trained New York staff open your mail, sort it, scan it, and upload PDF versions of the scanned documents to your online account. You’ll then receive a notification that a document has been uploaded, and you can access and view your mail online. You won’t have to deal with the United States Postal Service. We’ll even securely shred your junk mail to boot!

Weekly Physical New York Mail Forwarding

If you prefer that our staff doesn’t open your mail, or if you simply want your physical copies, you can select physical mail forwarding on the sign up form instead. When you choose “Physical Mail Forwarding,” at sign up, we’ll collect your mail as it arrives, repackage it, and forward it to your preferred physical address every week. As with our free mail forwarding, standard flat mail only, we can’t forward packages.
