How Arizona Mail Forwarding Works

There are two ways to hire Northwest as your mail forwarding service.

Option 1: Free Limited Mail Forwarding

If you aren’t expecting much mail, and you want to hire us for a different service, you might consider using our free limited mail forwarding service.

We offer free limited mail forwarding when you hire us to be your Arizona registered agent, form your Arizona LLC, or incorporate your Arizona corporation or nonprofit.

As your registered agent, we always accept your state and legal mail. There’s no limit to that. Get sued zero times or a dozen, and we’ll still forward all those documents to you as fast as we can. In addition to state and legal mail, however, we will also forward up to five pieces of regular mail to you. If we get more than 5 pieces a year, we’ll still inform you that the mail came, and you can decide if you want us to forward it to you. That costs $15 per (flat rate) item.

This service is great for people who already want to hire us to be their registered agent, don’t care about having a unique suite number, and don’t expect to get mail more than a few times a year.

Option 2: $20 Premium Mail Forwarding

For business owners expecting frequent mail, or looking for a completely unique suite number to use, our premium mail forwarding service is best. You can put your unique address anywhere you’d like, and we’ll accept unlimited mail on your behalf. Once we receive and sort your mail, we will either digitially scan and upload your mail into your secure online account or re-package and forward you the physical copies of your mail. It’s up to you if you’d like same day digital scanning or weekly physical forwarding.
