We offer free limited mail forwarding when you hire us to be your Maryland resident agent, form your Maryland LLC, or incorporate your Maryland corporation or nonprofit.

As your registered agent, we always accept your state and legal mail. There’s no limit to that. Get sued zero times or a dozen, and we’ll still forward all those documents to you as fast as we can. In addition to state and legal mail, however, we will also forward up to five pieces of regular mail to you. If we get more than five pieces a year, we’ll still inform you that the mail came, and you can decide if you want us to forward it to you.

We’ll notify you if we receive additional mail, and you can request to view it for a rate of $15. You can also opt to have it physically forwarded at our shipping and handling rates. This service is great for people who already want to hire us to be their registered agent, don’t care about having a unique suite number, and don’t expect to get mail more than a few times a year.

Option 2: Premium Mail Forwarding

For business owners expecting frequent mail, or looking for a completely unique suite number to use, our premium mail forwarding service is best. You can put your unique address anywhere you’d like, and we’ll accept unlimited mail on your behalf. Once we receive and sort your mail, we will either digitally scan and upload your mail into your secure online account or re-package and forward you the physical copies of your mail. It’s up to you if you’d like same day digital scanning or weekly physical forwarding.
