Andrew R. Corsberg Bio

Andrew R. Corsberg is a lawyer based in Washington State who specializes in contract and corporate law. Since graduating from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 2016, Andrew has played an instrumental role in the formation and maintenance in thousands of LLCs, corporations, and nonprofits. He’s a member of both the Washington Bar Association and the American Bar Association and has been a key part of the legal team at Northwest Registered Agent since 2019. In his free time, you can find him snowboarding, camping, playing with his dogs, and actively supporting his community.
