To resign as a registered agent in Pennsylvania, you must submit a Statement of Change of Registered Office by Agent to the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations with $5 for processing online, by mail, fax or in-person. Then, promptly deliver written notice of your resignation to the company that you had been representing.

The address of the registered office will not change upon resignation of the Pennsylvania registered agent unless a new address is indicated on the Change of Registered Office by Agent form. The Steps To Resign As A Pennsylvania Registered Agent:
