The Steps To Resign As A Utah Registered Agent:

  1. To resign, the Utah registered agent must deliver the original and two copies of a Statement of Resignation of Registered Agent to the Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Corporations and Commercial Code by mail, fax or in-person.
