When you sign up for our Florida Virtual Office service, you’ll receive a Florida virtual address with a unique suite number, an office lease, and Northwest Phone Service with all the perks.
The process is fast and easy. From within your client dashboard, you’ll choose your new Florida phone number, set up call forwarding, customize your voicemail, and add contacts. As soon as you’re done customizing, you can start using your new business phone to connect with your customers and clients.
You’ll also be able to choose between our two mail forwarding options described below.
Option 1: Same-Day Digital Scanning
Most of our Florida Virtual Office clients choose same-day digital scanning as their Florida mail forwarding option. Here’s how the process works: Your business’s mail gets sent to your Florida virtual address at our building, and then our staff sorts it, opens it, scans it, and uploads a PDF copy to your secure online account. When you get new mail, we’ll send you a notification immediately in your online account.
Option 2: Weekly Physical Mail Forwarding
If you prefer to receive and open your mail yourself, however, you can select weekly physical mail forwarding. In this case, our staff simply collects your mail as it comes in, packages it up all together, and forwards it to your mailing address each week. Standard flat mail only, no package or parcel forwarding.
