How a Utah Virtual Office Works
By signing up with our Utah Virtual Office Service, you cut down on the expenses of having a physical location. You get all the benefits of having a local business address in a major Utah hub without worrying about having to maintain the location or pay for rent, utilities, and other costs. Want to open a business bank account? Having a physical address is one of the key credentials you’ll need to provide. Plus, with our Utah Virtual Office, you get a unique suite number that you can list on business cards, websites, and socials.
If you’re already a client with us, you can choose our Utah Virtual Office Service from inside your account. Check under the Services tab, and select Corporate Products. Not a Northwest client yet? You can elect our virtual office service with your initial sign-up and get started right away. You can choose your new Utah phone number, set up call forwarding, customize your voice mail, and add contacts.
You also have the option between two mail forwarding options described below:
Option 1: Same-Day Digital Scanning
Want your mail the day it comes in? This is the option for you. We’ll accept any business mail sent to your Utah virtual address. Then our staff securely sorts, opens, scans, and uploads (as a PDF) your mail to your private online account. You’ll get a notification the second the mail is available to view. We then destroy your physical mail.
Option 2: Weekly Physical Mail Forwarding
If you’re not comfortable with someone else opening your mail (we get that!), then you can opt to have your mail physically forwarded. If you take this route, we’ll receive, repackage, and mail you your physical mail once a week. Standard flat mail only — packages received at virtual office addresses can’t be forwarded.
Can I Add a Utah Virtual Office to Other Northwest Services?
Yes. You can add on our Utah Virtual Office Service when you hire Northwest to be your Utah registered agent, start your Utah LLC, or incorporate your business in Utah.
