COVID-19 Update:

As an essential business, we’ve been blessed to stay busy. We’re open, fully operational, and committed to providing the highest level of customer service. But let’s be honest: Covid-19 sucks! While Northwest Registered Agent can’t make face masks or work on medical breakthroughs, we can help you stay in business or start a new one. For those struggling, we’ve never charged a late fee and if you’re a current customer and can’t pay your bill, that’s okay. We don’t need to adjust our systems or offer you a coupon code. If you can’t pay us—don’t—we’ll float you as long as possible. We witness our country’s resilience every day as we’ve been flooded with orders from people starting new businesses. While most of our Corporate Guides are now working remote, our efficiency has gone down, but we’ve hired 17 new people since March 1, and we’re figuring out how to hire remote workers better. We’re ramping up for the future, whatever that means for all of us. Thanks for the opportunity to help serve you along the way.

Filing Your Oregon Annual Report

The Oregon Annual Report must be filed online through the Oregon Business Registry page.

  • On the state website, you’ll be prompted to enter your contact email address and Oregon Registry Number. Don’t know your registry number? You can easily find it by searching the Oregon Business Database.
  • Then, click the “Retrieve Renewal Detail” button.
  • Your business information will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the “Start Renewal” link under the heading “Renewal Due.”

Here is a complete list of what you’ll need to include, verify, and/or update on your Oregon Annual Report:

  • Business name. You can’t change this information by filing an annual report. If you need to update your business name, you’ll need to file an Information Change form. There is no processing fee.
  • Brief statement of purpose.
  • Business address, email, and phone number.
  • State or country you initially formed your business in.
  • Registered agent name and Oregon address.
  • Officer, member/manager, or partner information. Include names, titles, and addresses.
  • Signature and title of person filing the annual report.

The filing fee must be paid with a credit or debit card.

Rather not deal with the extra paperwork? Worried about potential penalties or forgetting to file? Hire Northwest Registered Agent to file your Oregon Annual Report for you!

How Our Oregon Annual Report Service Works

For $100 plus the state-mandated report fee, we’ll file your annual report. For most domestic businesses, that’s $200 total.

  • You can sign up for this service by itself or add it to an existing service inside your client account. Compliance service is also automatically added when you hire us to provide your registered agent service or form your Oregon LLC, Oregon corporation or Oregon nonprofit.
  • Once you’ve signed up for our business renewal service, you’ll pay nothing up front. We’ll send you a reminder 90 days before your filing due date and auto-charge your preferred payment method five days later.

Annual Report Service Benefits

At Northwest Registered Agent, we’re committed to protecting our clients’ privacy. Oregon Annual Reports are public record, so we’ve designed our annual report service to protect your privacy. Here’s how:

  1. In order to preserve your privacy, we will list OUR contact information instead of yours on the report form.
  2. Only the minimum required information will be included.
  3. We will list our IP address – limiting the connection between your cell phone, personal computer, and work computers – this makes it harder for advertisers to follow you.
  4. We will list our bank and credit card information – not yours.

We believe everyone has the right to keep their information private. That’s why privacy is our guiding principle when we create every service and product.
