When are Oregon Annual Reports Due?

The annual report is due by your filing anniversary date. You can file in up to 45 days in advance.

Does Oregon have initial report requirements?

No.

What are the penalty fees for a delinquent Annual Report?

There are no late fees, but if you don’t file on time, your business entity will be listed as inactive. If you still haven’t completed the renewal 45 days after it is due, your Oregon business will be administratively dissolved or revoked.

How do I get notified?

Oregon mails the annual renewal to the mailing address you furnished to the department about 45 days before it is due.
