How To Resign As A Statutory Agent In Arizona
To resign as a registered agent in Arizona, you must mail written notice of your resignation to the company that you had been representing at an address other than your own.
Then, submit a Statutory Agent Resignation form to the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) with payment for processing, if required, online, by mail, fax or in-person. The fee to resign as an Arizona registered agent varies by entity type (LLCs: free, corporations: $10). The ACC takes about a month to process business filings, so you may want to include an extra $35 to expedite processing.
