With our Washington Mail Forwarding Service, your business mail will be securely scanned into your online account OR physically forwarded to the address of your choice. We’ll also provide a real, Washington business address. We own our building in the heart of downtown Spokane, so we can provide your business a unique suite number—not just a private mail box number (PMB) like many other mail services offer. Our address can be used on anything from your company’s website and letter head to monthly/annual bills—allowing you to keep your personal information private.

We provide two options for mail forwarding. You choose whichever works best for your business needs!

Option 1: Free Limited Mail Forwarding with Washington Registered Agent Service

When you hire Northwest to be your Washington registered agent, form your Washington LLC, or start your Washington corporation, you receive free limited mail forwarding.

How does it work? As your Washington registered agent, we provide use of our address on your public documents, so you can better maintain your privacy. We forward up to five pieces of regular business mail each year that we receive at this address for free (all your state and legal mail is always free). Flat standard mail only, we can’t forward packages.

Our free limited mail forwarding option is an excellent choice for newer companies that don’t accumulate a lot of mail, but still want the privacy that comes with listing our address on your public filings.

Option 2: Premium Washington Mail Forwarding Service

Starting at $20 per month, our Washington team will open, scan, and securely upload unlimited mail as a PDF into your online account. Then, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know your documents are ready for viewing.

Alternatively, you can choose to have your mail physically forwarded each week to your preferred address (flat mail only, no packages). We’ll scan the envelope only into your account so you can see what’s coming, then forward the mail on to you. It’s a simple, hassle-free process that’s an excellent option for your growing business. We even shred your junk mail—because nobody likes junk mail.

We’ll also assign you a unique Washington business address and suite number that can be used for all your mail needs.
