Late Fees: Mississippi doesn’t charge late fees for failing to file an annual report; however, your business may be administratively dissolved or revoked if no report is filed within 60 days after your due date. *Nonprofits are only required to file status reports when requested by the Mississippi Secretary of State. Filing Your Mississippi Annual Report
The Mississippi Annual Report can only be filed online using the Mississippi online filing portal.
