Can you change the Minnesota LLC members or managers on an amendment?
Minnesota does not require that LLCs register all of their members and managers with the SOS. They only ask for a Chief Manager, who is listed on the annual renewal. However, if you submit custom articles of organization, you may include members and managers. Basically, they are not required to be listed in the articles, but you can list them and make changes with an amendment.
