How To Resign As A Registered Agent In Idaho

To resign as a registered agent in Idaho, you must submit a Statement of Resignation of Registered Agent to the Idaho Secretary of State, Business Registration Division and then promptly notify the company from which you are resigning in writing that your notice has been given.

All Idaho business filings can be done online, but if you decide to mail or deliver the statement in-person you may print the form. A $20 fee will be charged for non-system prepared forms, so use the Idaho Business Registration website to find the form you need.
