When you sign up for service, Northwest Registered Agent will actually be your registered agent. There are only about 5-6 companies that offer national registered agent service under their own names, and of those, a couple are owned by the others.

This is all we do. Sure, we do tons of corporate filings each year, but the main thing we do is registered agent service. We do this legitimately in every State. We also offer great commentary throughout our website to enable the do-it-yourselfers, or attorneys not used to different State statutes to have the inside scoop on how to make the filings themselves.

Our secure database holds your company name and email in it. Our secure database will then track when your annual reports are due and send you an email reminder. If you're doing work in multiple States, or even just one, you'll love this service. If you don't respond to the email, it lets us know, so we can help remind you if needed. It also will email you when your time that you have paid us to act as your agent is up. So you don't have to worry about us charging your credit card automatically, or even keeping your credit card info. We send you a notice asking YOU if you would like another invoice.

All our local people in each State scan any important documents received at the in-State offices into our database, and you automatically get an email with the important documents either as an attachment, or in the case of a big file, a link to download them off our server. We're the only national registered agent that scans your entire document locally instead of forwarding it to a mail hub, then scanning.

Our database also tracks service of process for you. You get notified of any service of process instantly, and you instantly have a link to download the entire document. Sometimes the papers have copies on both sides, and are 100's of pages, and it just doesn't work to scan them. In this case, we'll scan the first few pages, so you know what it is, and then forward it by priority mail to you. If you don't respond to the email instantly, we will know and follow up with you to make sure you are aware of your legal commitments. We can also email your attorney, CPA, company owner, company accountant, wife, husband, or anyone else, at the same time. If you'd like we can set your account up to try up to 5 different emails fairly quickly if one doesn't respond.
