How will I get verification of registration back from Pennsylvania?
Upon the filing of this form the applicant shall be authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and no certificate of authority will be issued to the applicant by the Department. However, you will receive a confirmation letter with an entity number by mail. If you file online you will receive a confirmation email.

Are there any weird things about registering in Pennsylvania?
A Docketing Statement form is required in addition to the Application form and the filing fee. Additional forms may also be required as noted on the instructions page of the Application form.
County filing or publication is not necessary for LLCs, unless specifically required by the county in which your registered agent resides.
Are there ongoing Pennsylvania annual report and/or initial reporting requirements?
Pennsylvania reports are due January 1st, every 10 years.
Pursuant to Section 8998(f) of the Limited Liability Company Law of 1994, 15 Pa. C.S., as amended by Act 34 of 2001 (effective August 21, 2001), all domestic or foreign registered restricted professional companies in existence on December 31 of any year must file a Certificate of Annual Registration. The form and the corresponding annual registration fee must be filed on or before April 15th.
