How to File an Annual Report With the Division of Revenue:
Annual reports in New Jersey have a mandatory online filing requirement. Go to the New Jersey Division of Revenue website and click on ‘Annual Report.’ See our link below to the NJ online form. You will need your Entity Number and New Jersey filing date before you can begin. The rest of the process is pretty easy. The Division needs to know the names and addresses of your officers or members and also the number of issued shares for the corporations. Your New Jersey registered agent and registered office must be listed too.
New Jersey Charities must register with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, Charities Registration Section and renew annually by submitting the completed Form CRI-300R and mailing it to the Section with the renewal fee. See the link below.

When is the New Jersey Annual Report Due?
Corporations, PCs, LLCs, PLLCs, LPs, LLPs and nonprofits in New Jersey file their report by the last day of their anniversary month.
NJ Charities need to renew their registration on or before six months after fiscal year end. Generally this is June 1.
Does New Jersey have initial report requirements?
No, you get a one year grace period after starting a business in New Jersey.
What are the penalty fees for a delinquent Annual Report?
No penalty fees. Your entity is dissolved or revoked if you fail to file reports two years in a row.
