If you have a form that says it needs the signature of the registered agent, usually you can email it to us, and we will sign and email the form back to you with our correct legal agent name, address.

There are a few states that require original inked signatures and there is no option to get around this by filing online. Please read through the following paragraphs to find your state.

States that require our signature as your agent to be original "inked" signatures:

  • Florida
  • New Mexico
  • Wyoming

New Mexico and Wyoming require the registered agent signature on a page separate from the rest of the filing. We can mail out the signed registered agent acceptance part to you, and you will put it with your completed filing, and send into the state yourself.

Florida is the only state, where we have to sign on the article part of the filing and we can either sign and mail you a blank copy of the form or if you've already filled one out, you can mail it to us and we will sign and mail it back.

States that require our signature on your filing, but it does NOT have to be an original:

  • Arizona
  • Connecticut
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Maryland
  • Mississippi
  • Nevada
  • Washington

You can email us your form filled out, and we will sign and email it right back to you.

Email the filing to us at: it to us.
