Registered Agent Signature Information

If you have a form that says it needs the signature of the registered agent, usually you can email or fax it to us, and we will sign and email the signed form back to you with our correct legal agent name, address, and we will sign it.

There are a few States that require original inked signatures. Please read through the following paragraphs to find your state.

States that require our signature as your agent to be original "inked" signatures:

  • District of Columbia (Corporations only)
  • Florida
  • New Mexico
  • Wyoming

There is no way around the original inked signatures except for Florida. We have an account with Florida where we can fax file. We charge $75.00 to make the filing for you via fax filing.

DC, New Mexico and Wyoming all have our signature on a separate page than the rest of the filing. There are two options here:

  • OPTION A: We will mail out the Agent acceptance part to you, and you will put it with your completed filing, and send into the State yourself.
  • OPTION B: You get your filing ready, include your certificate of good standing, and your check made payable to the Secretary of State or governing authority for the proper filing fee, and mail it all to us at:

We will look it over, and include our Agent acceptance and file with the State.

Florida is the only State, where we have to sign on the article part of the filing. We can do either option for you that is listed above. Or if you would like to get around the "original inked" part, we have an account with the Florida Corporation Commission that allows us to fax file. We charge $75.00 for this, and then, you just email the completed document to us, and we'll file for you.
