What forms do I file with Arizona to register my out of state LLC?

The Application for Registration of a Foreign Limited Liability Company must have the applicable cover sheet attached. Trade Name Certificate, A.C.C. name reservation, or a resolution adopting the fictitious name should be attached, if applicable. A certified copy of the Articles of Incorporation and any amendments as well as a Certificate of Good Standing or Existence is required.

What do I need from my home state?

A Certificate of Existence is required. If applicable, the Trade Name Certificate or A.C.C. name reservation is also required.

An original or a certified copy is required.

How current does the certificate need to be?

Must be current within 60 days of delivery to the State of Arizona.

Will I need an Arizona registered agent for my LLC?
