We charge $20 a month for our premium, unlimited US mail forwarding service, available in a growing list of states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.
You can use the unique address and suite number provided by our mail forwarding service on your company letterhead, your website, and your bills. And with all of our services, we give you Privacy by Default® and the support of our Corporate Guides®.

What Is Mail Forwarding Service?
Mail forwarding services accept your mail at a physical location and forward it to you, either digitally or physically. Unlike temporary USPS mail forwarding, Northwest can provide your business with a permanent mail forwarding solution. With our premium package, you choose your delivery method: either same-day digital scanning or weekly physical mail forwarding.
With digital scanning, we scan your regular mail on the day we receive it and upload it to a secure online account. We’ll hold on to the physical copies for up to 90 days, and we can forward them to you for a small shipping and handling fee. Alternatively, with physical mail forwarding, we’ll send all of your mail to you once a week.

If you’re looking for privacy protection and only expect to receive a few pieces of mail each year, we also offer FREE limited digital mail forwarding for our registered agent service clients in every state.
With our registered agent service, we give you free use of our business address on your public documents, like your articles of organization or incorporation, to better protect your privacy. Along with this, we’re happy to scan the first five regular mail documents we receive for you at this address, and digitally upload them to your online account for free. All other state official mail and service of process documents are uploaded to your account without limits, while junk mail is shredded.
Our free mail forwarding with registered agent service package is perfect for clients who don’t need a unique address. And if you reach your limit for the year? We’ll notify you if we receive additional mail, and you can request to view it for a rate of $15. You can also opt to have it physically forwarded at our shipping and handling rates.

With our premium unlimited mail forwarding, you choose between same-day digital scans of your mail or having your physical mail shipped to you once a week. Or, you can get free limited mail forwarding when you sign up for our registered agent service.
Yes! You can order Premium Mail Forwarding as a standalone service or add it to your order when you sign up for Northwest registered agent service or hire us to create your LLC or corporation.
For most states, the suite number in the address used for your Premium Mail Forwarding service is automatically assigned. That means most customers will have immediate access to their new suite number. Simply go to the services tab of your online account to view it.
Our premium physical mail forwarding service is $20 per month. No hidden fees, deposits, or shipping charges for domestic forwarding.
Alternatively, you can choose to go paperless and take advantage of our premium open and scan mail forwarding service for the same $20 price.
Note: if you choose our open and scan forwarding service, and decide you want to have physical mail sent your way, there will be a small shipping and handling fee.
No, mail forwarding service only covers standard flat mail. We are not able to forward packages that are delivered to our facilities.
