Desktop Support

Located in Spokane, WA

The Desktop Support position is a crucial part of our team and will be the first point of contact for incoming questions and issues related to our computers and their systems. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software systems to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. This position is also responsible for tracking inventory of computers and peripherals as well as setting up new employee stations.


$17.00 DOE

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with network devices such as printers/scanners, voip phones, cameras
  • On-site and off-site Desktop Support
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and written
  • Basic understanding of network switches and routers
  • Understanding of DHCP/Static IP addressing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Linux desktop/server ie Fedora, Ubuntu, RHEL
  • Windows Active Directory user management
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting and building computers
  • Remote desktop applications
  • POP3/IMAP email client configuration
  • CAT 5e/6 cabling and wire termination
